The movie Casino, with Robert de Niro and Joe Pesci, set in Las Vegas, is one of my favourite movies; What Happens in Vegas and The Hangover, are also some of my favourite comedy movies; both of them are set in Vegas as well; oh, I shouldn’t forget Domino, the film based on the true story of Domino Harvey, daughter of film actor Laurence Harvey: shoot in Las Vegas at Stratosphere Hotel and Casino. And I really love Katy Perry’s video Waking Up in Vegas.
I always dreamed to have a vacation in the City of Lights; I was always wondering: what’s the feeling when you visit the most famous casinos? How does the place that “incorporates” the most beautiful cities in the world look like? “The Marriage Capital of the World”? Wow that sounds perfect!; A City of Lights in the middle of the desert??? This is unbelievable! A live show with David Copperfield? OMG, I can’t believe it’s true! I used to watch his shows at TV, when I was a child, how can this be real? An expedition in the Grand Canyon, one of the natural wonders of the world? I will never lose the chance to do that! Having fun in the Entertainment Capital of the World? I’m sure anybody wishes it!
Now, the big surprise it’s coming: my dear hubby, the most perfect husband in the world, made my dream came true: a one week vacation to the fabulous city of lights will be his present for my birthday! The beautiful part of this vacation is that we have the flight exactly on my birthday… he couldn’t offer me a more perfect gift then this.
So, see you soon in Las Vegas! I promise to not spend too much money in the Casinos! Viva Las Vegas!
